Daily Meditation for Healing

All thought creates form. If we understand this point, we will understand why it is important to think positively about our body. Our body and mind allow us to do the things we do each day. We need a strong body to earn a living, take care of our families and do the many things we love. To create healing energy for every part of the body we need to visit and review our body every morning. It is helpful to close your eyes and do a complete body scan starting with your feet. Once you have completed your mind and body scan determine what needs extra attention today. Do you have any aches or pains? Do you feel mentally down and unenthusiastic? Whether the problem is a physical or emotional discomfort, still your mind and begin to send positive energy and light to the part of the body that needs it most. Imagine white rays of light coming from the sun directly to the part of the body you are trying to heal. After you are done with the spot healing, send positive energy and light to every part of your body. By doing this simple meditation every morning, you will boost your entire mood and strengthen your immune system.

Are You A Have Or A Have Not...What Is Your Relationship With Money?

Money is important in our lives and in our world. We need money to live well and to be able to provide service to others. Nothing is beautiful about being poor. The amount of money that we need should be enough so that we can be responsible to ourselves and our families, to be emotionally happy and to allow us to use our god given gifts to the fullest. This could translate to owning and operating a business, getting a medical degree to help others, or having a well paying job, so we can spend our extra time raising money for a deserving cause. Our relationship with money should not be surrounded by shame, greed or fear. We should be able to receive wealth as well as to give it away. If our wealth is received in a positive and productive way, there is nothing shameful about that.

By learning to give and to receive, we learn to develop a positive relationship with money. It is our duty to get on the right track to financial impeccability. To do this we must keep our life organized and balanced. Buy only what we need and pay our bills each month. Believe in moderation and modesty, but do not be afraid of prosperity. So often in our society we know of people who live paycheck to paycheck because they spend their wealth frivolously. By learning to live responsibly we will gain freedom from financial worries. Most importantly we should never forget those who have less than us and always give thanks for what we do have. Pray each day that poverty be removed from the world, our mind and our lives. And so it.
